Rockford University is a private, 4-year institution established on a suburban, 150-acre campus in Winnebago County, Illinois. Rockford offers over 80 undergraduate and graduate majors, minors, and concentrations through the College of Arts and Humanities, the College of Science, Mathematics, and Nursing, and the College of Social Sciences, Commerce, and Education. The college offers a Community-Based Learning program, which offers service-learning opportunities with Rockford's many partnerships, including Carpenter’s Place and the Rockford Park District.
