REVIEWS
Read What Students Are SayingMt. San Antonio College attracts students from all over Southern California. This college offers numerous programs, contains excellent departments, and provides incredible student and academic services.
Mt. Sac offers the Special Admittance Program which allows students from junior high through high school to attend college. I started college meanwhile in high school. Yes, I know unfair, but the important thing is that I truly grasped and appreciated an education.
Because my situation was so unique, I really saw how poor high school education was from the collegiate level. Frankly, I couldn't wait to get into Mt. Sac officially. Why? Because the programs at Mt. Sac are academically enriched. Students truly grasp the concept and ideas of general education as well as other areas. Professors give the opportunity for students to interact among discussions, to express their views, and contest as well respect certain ideas. The classroom environment is truly an open forum to learn, observe, and come up with our own conclusions about life. Moreover, the professors have excellent experiences within their profession, and, they really try to meet the students needs.
On a higher note, students at Mt. San Antonio College get to develop study skills like no other. Numerous study groups fill the study rooms in the library, the school campuses tutoring sites fill up with english/math/science appointments, the computer labs get easily packed with students who need help with their homework, special programs offer students to meet other students on campus who are wanting to develop certain study habits, and workshops are held so that students can have an opportunity to gain leadership skills.
Am I learning a lot? 5 stars for the Mt. Sac Mounties! YES!
I grew so much as a student and person at Mt. San Antonio College that I have earned my name on the Dean's list for earning a 3.6 GPA. Because of this achievement, I am now an upper division spring transfer stud...

Professors tend to be very good. As long as you do the work you're going to learn a lot. There are several different departments that are very willing to offer their assistance. Including tutors who will proof read your essays and help with math/science questions. All professors offer office hours which allow you to go ask questions and get extra help in person. I recommend taking at least 1 PE or Health class at Mt. Sac. Also, Mt. Sac has one of the best dance programs around.

I believe that Mt. Sac is one of the best community college out there. The teachers are very concern about their students future. Many try to warn students what will happen if they do not study they way the teachers want them too. Though, it is only to make the students prepared when they transfer to a university. In Mt. Sac you do not only learn the material, but also real life experience.

Mt SAC has some of the most caring and passionate teachers I have ever come across. The teachers, counselors, admin, staff, and even the students are all wonderfully accepting, helpful, and just make the school feel like a home away from home. The classes and resources available here, including the tutoring center, computer labs, language learning labs, test center, writing center, and so on, all provide a unique college experience that really supports the student and sends one on one's way to fulfilling one's academic goals the way a family would.

A great university prep and transfer community college. Mt. Sac has a diverse and equal opportunity for success. The Mounties are dominate in academics and athletics.
Andrew from Diamond Bar, CA
A school where arts are on the same pace as the athletics. Where you can start to grow to the person you were born to be. Mt. Sac has something for every student that walks those halls and puts you on the path to success.
Carl from Chino Hills, CA
Mt. San Antonio College is the closest experience one can have to a four year college. The size of the campus, availability of classes and majors and student population make the jump to a four year college seem less frightening. It is by far a great school with lots of opportunities for those willing to seek them.
