Overview
The City College of New York is a public senior college in upper Manhattan and the oldest institution of higher learning in the City University of New York system. CCNY is home to 10 academic divisions and schools conferring undergraduate degrees as well as an honors program. For students interested in media studies, CCNY features campus TV and radio stations as well as two student newspapers. Away from the classroom, CCNY fields 14 men’s and women’s athletic teams competing in NCAA Division III.
