When you walk into a class room of about 16-22 students to one teacher, you really feel at home because everyone knows who you are! You will never sit in a lecture hall with 500 students so if you are that type of person this University isn't for you! But if you are like me and you like to work with the teacher then this school is a perfect fit! The labs are really nice if you are a science major because the teacher makes sure you are following along with the lab every step of the way.

The school is made up of about 5,800 students, offers hundreds of majors and minors, along with study abroad opportunities including Suffolk Madrid. It has everything I need when I wanted to apply. From it's amazing law background, to it's anthropology of law teacher (really cool dude), and theology, psychology, it has every major I want. Not to mention it's study abroad program and Madrid campus.

Suffolk is the absolute best, in an amazing location (the heart of downton Boston). Suffolk has amazing professors who really care and give go good intuitive work but never seem to drown you in it. And the activities (everything from celebrity shows to Red Sox, Bruins, and Celtics games) are always reactively cheap and fun.

One of Suffolk's best qualities are the small class sizes. This allows students to have personal relationships with their professors because they are so small. The academics at Suffolk can be challenging but are never completely overwhelming, depending on your major of course. Class schedule will depend on whether you are in the Sawyer Business School, or the College of Arts and Science - and whether you're a Bachelor of Arts or a Bachelor of Science. Suffolk already has it worked into the curriculum that you can double major or minor without spending and additional time or money on your education.
