Overview
Frank Phillips College is a 2-year community college serving nine counties in the Texas panhandle. Among its degree offerings, FPC features three teacher certifications and a Farm and Ranch Management program to prepare students to join a thriving Texas industry. Students in the Cosmetology program operate full service salons on three FPC campuses. FPC is also home to a performing arts community featuring the Texas Panhandle Youth Choir, a community choral group mixing Frank Phillips students with local area high schoolers.
