The University of Pittsburgh-Greensburg is part of the University of Pittsburgh system and a designated state-related institution by The Commonwealth System of Higher Education. The campus features an Academic Village for students who want to immerse themselves in academic and cultural topics of interest. Students can also immerse themselves in cultures worldwide by taking advantage of the study abroad programs through PittGlobal, which range from two week stints to the entire academic year. The Greensburg campus is home to the Annual Children's Literature Conference, with 2019 being its 23rd year running. The most popular majors are psychology, biology, and management.
