REVIEWS
Read What Students Are SayingObviously not an Ivy League school, but virtually all of my teachers were very helpful, and almost none of them would simply pass someone for giving a half-hearted effort.
Before transferring here I was nervous, and didn't know what to expect. I am truly grateful for the education that this school has provided me with. I don't think I would ever find another cheerful, caring, and educational environment as this one.
Yonkia from Texarkana, AR
Here at UALR I am learning a lot of things that I didn't know and re-learning a lot of things that I did know. Re-learning is a definite plus because there are a lot of things that you forget when you start college, and UALR does a great job at making sure that you aren't left behind in class. This is offered mostly because UALR consists of a lot of students that have taken time off of their education and are just now returning.
Felicia from Cabot, AR
The professors are great at opening your mind to new ideas and ways of thinking. No matter if the course is a basic requirement or a senior level discipline the professors are very focused on expanding the educational process.
Justin from Benton, AR
I honestly rate UALR a 10 on a scale of 1-10. The overall environment is wonderful. I love it here.
Damian from Bearden, AR
I am a student who needs to be challenged when learning. Most of the teachers seemed like they will be challengers and I can't wait to accept!
Keeley from Benton, AR
For the most part, classes are fairly small, so you'll have a lot of one on one time with your professors. There are a lot of academic resources on campus as well to help out if needed. Classes are what you make them, you'll always need to study!
