REVIEWS
Read What Students Are SayingThere is a wide selection of classes to choose from and while it is sometimes difficult to get into a desired class there are many more options open. The smaller class sizes really allow you to interact better with your teacher and so get more out of a class.
Keara from Wildwood, MO
The Academic Programs that Truman has are top of the line. The teachers here truly care more about the students than their paychecks. They are willing to work with students on an one-on-one basis to help you succeed. The Liberal Arts Education Program that Truman has, ensures that students will be well rounded, and learn from a multitude of disciplines.
Christopher from St. Louis, MO
Truman State University is a great university. You will enjoy your classes and never be bored. Truman State University is for those who are ready to work hard n to take their education to the next level.
Jessica from Maryland Heights, MO
Truman State University has some of the best teachers I have had. I'm not saying they're all perfect (there are always a few slackers out there), but the vast majority of teachers here are very dedicated to what they do. When you're sitting in a class you'll easily be able to tell that these teachers are here wholeheartedly to teach you. They want you to understand what they're teaching, and they do everything they can to make sure that happens. In addition, if you're still struggling in the class almost all of them are available outside of class to meet with you to discuss any problems you may experience.
Abigail from O'Fallon, MO
The academic programs at this school are so vast it’s almost hard to pick which class you want to take. That also means that when you don’t get into the class you wanted that there are still plenty other options to choose from. The professors are engaging and helpful and if you don’t understand something about the lesson they are more than willing to work with you after class hours. There are also programs set up to help you if you are struggling in a class or if you just want to get that A.
Chelsea from Kansas City, MO
Truman is a great school to attend for people interested in a variety of subjects. There are plenty of opportunities for assistance with classes as well as financial aid. While being a great academic school, Truman also provides lots of activities to keep their students involved and busy around campus.
Jessica from Florissant, MO
The teachers are fantastic. It is a lot of hard work. It had a good atmosphere.
Danielle from O FALLON, MO
It really hits home that this is not high school anymore. Truman is a college that expects you to work for your grade and that's something that I really like about it. The teachers are friendly and accessible. They reply to e-mails asking for help, have office hours where you can randomly drop by and ask questions, and will stop and talk to you if you pass them just walking around the campus.
Emily from Silex, MO
Truman State is a very friendly environment. The dinner halls are very nice and clean they cooks also are very nice and friendly in the environment. Everybody on campus has a smile and seems happy and nice while also they are very well educated and smart.
X'zaviaun from Columbia, MO
