Room and Board The weighted average for room and board and other expenses is generated as follows:
  • (amount for on-campus room, board and other expenses * # of students living on-campus.
  • + amount for off-campus (with family) room, board and other expenses * # of students living off-campus with family
  • + amount for off-campus (not with family) room, board and other expenses * # of students living off-campus not with family)
divided by the total # of students. Students whose living arrangements are unknown are excluded from the calculation. Shawnee has taught me so much. Not only about my major and the classes I'm in, but about myself as a person. I'm constantly being pushed to my limit and my professors have guided me to succeed and didn't stop until I had. I feel as though they are really preparing me for the field of work I'm wanting to go into instead of throwing useless information at me.
