Read What Students Are SayingLove this school...not to small yet its right between home and Lexington. Campus is beautiful the lake is gorgeous. The housing on campus is getting updated and renovated, to make it more modern. Morehead is AHMAZING!!!

The great thing about MSU is that the professors really care. The class sizes are small, and almost always the professors know your name. Most of my professors have doctoral degrees, and really know what they are talking about. Any time I have ever had a question, they have been able to help. The classes are challenging, but manageable. It all depends on how hard you want to push yourself. No matter what level you are, you will learn something here. The professor will tailor the class to you.
Catherine from Louisville, KY
Morehead States faculty are very friendly, and most of the professor will help you as much as they can. If you want to go to a University that isn't overly expensive MSU is your best bet! MSU's campus is fairly small but campus life is amazing!
Shianne from Elizabethtown, KY
The amazing thing about learning at Morehead is the fact that your classes are small and the professors know you by name. If I raised my hand in my psychology class, I know the professor would answer Yes, Ashley? every time, & he could always help. Also, I really liked how the material was presented. The slides you cover in class are almost always on Blackboard afterwards, which is very helpful for you to study outside of class.
Ashley from Chavies, KY
I have learned a lot the past few years I've been here. It has great teachers. Of course, there are a few who everyone has a problem with, but the majority will do anything to help you out with any problems. The teachers are always willing to listen and be of assistance in any way possible.
Lauren from Harrodsburg, KY
I really enjoy the classes here, and I feel challenged but not to overwhelmed by the homework.
Jackie from Ashcamp, KY
Things were alright, but there was too much red tape. It took me forever to get things settled with finances, with my class scheduling for this past semester and for the spring semester, and with everything in general. Things would be much better if there were more efficient methods in place for these things.
Shannon from Grayson, KY
GREAT biology department! Very high acceptance rates into professional colleges (pharmacy, medical, etc.).
Allie from Clearfield, KY
A great institution with amazing professors who really do care about you, and your education. The campus and town are beautiful, being in the Daniel Boone National Forest.
Abbey from London, KY
Morehead State University is a great place to attend college. The small campus offers a close net community of peers and safety and familiarity. Also, the teachers are great and there are tons of things to do there for study breaks and fun with your friends.
