Howard College
Howard College is a 2-year community college based in Big Spring, Texas, with an open admissions policy. Howard offers a LEADS program to gain more hands-on experience outside of the classroom and also partners with more than a dozen 4-year universities for easier transfer to complete a baccalaureate degree. Howard Cottage, or the Howard College Child Development Center, is a state-licensed childcare facility on Howard campus specifically for children of college students and staff, but it also functions as lab school environment for students interested in Child & Family Development Studies.
