Overview

Caldwell University is a 4-year liberal arts institution located in Caldwell, New Jersey. Founded by the Dominican sisters, the university has a strong Catholic identity which students will experience through the Enriched Core, which requires a course in a Catholic and Dominican Tradition. Caldwell has 16 academic departments, offers accelerated programs for those interested in earning a bachelor’s and master’s in 5 years, and has three Greek houses. The university also maintains articulation agreements with a number of community colleges in the area and is a member of the Global Teacher Education Program.
