Overview
Established in 1967, the University of Puerto Rico-Cayey is a public, 4-year institution located on an urban, 145-acre campus in Cayey. UPR Cayey offers academic programs in 12 areas of study, as well as an Honors Studies Program that features research opportunities, creative work, and community service. Students also have the opportunity to enroll in a number of transfer programs at the Medical Sciences campus and Mayaguez campus upon graduating.

Read What Students Are SayingWonderful university. The campus is beautiful with lots of landscaping, sculptures, fountains, benches and tables. The professors are great and the class sizes are generally small, although some classes do contain multiple sections.
