Overview
Northeast Ohio Medical University is a health science institution near Akron. NEOMED is home to three colleges in Medicine, Pharmacy, and Graduate Studies and confers MD and PhD programs as well as a dual degree in Integrated Pharmaceutical Medicine. In addition, NEOMED conducts research in six focus areas at its three core laboratories and Comparative Medical Unit. Outside of class, students can take advantage of the NEOMED Education and Wellness Center offers lap and therapy pools, steam rooms, and a whirlpool.
