Overview

Ellsworth Community College is a 2-year college with two campuses in northern Iowa. While most academic courses are held on the main Ellsworth campus, ECC’s Agricultural and Animal Sciences department is headquartered at the college’s Robert & Arlene Hamilton Campus which features an Equestrian Center and an Agriculture & Renewable Energy Facility. ECC also offers a Mortuary Science degree which provides training for undertakers, morticians, and funeral service managers. All first year students under age 21 are required to live on campus and ECC features two residence halls and two apartment-style dormitories from which to choose.
