Overview
Voorhees College is a private, historically black institution located in Denmark, South Carolina. The school offers degree options that can be completed entirely in evening courses for students with scheduling limitations. Voorhees’ campus features housing options that are organized by year and gender, with freshman halls for men and women, sophomore and higher halls for men and women, and one additional hall for honors students. The Center of Excellence in Rural and Minority Health is situated on Voorhees College grounds and holds a number of events for students throughout the year to promote and improve health care.
