Shoreline Community College is a 2-year community college just north of Seattle. Shoreline offers classes in over 100 areas of study and its student body is home to over 900 international students. The Honors College at Shoreline features small classes with a maximum capacity of 20 and the opportunity to pursue an optional independent research project with a faculty mentor.

What I love the most about Shoreline Community College is that the classes are no larger than 30 people, max. The small classes definitely make it easier for hearing the professor, and also makes for more comfortable group and class discussions. So far, I've taken Biology, Anatomy, Calculus, Nutrition, Communications, and Psychology courses at Shoreline. Most of the professors are great, it definitely helps to get to know your professors by talking to them during their office hours. To avoid getting professors you may not like, I recommend looking at the reviews on Ratemyprofessor.com. But so far, I've had the best professors, and only one or two least favorable ones.
