The teachers are here to help, they won't turn anyone away, which is comforting. The curriculum is at a good level. It pushes you to work hard and to study hard, but it is also graspable.

In the classes I have taken, the instructors really know what they're teaching. There is always room for class discussion of a topic, even if it eats some of the class time - thoroughly exploring a topic is the most important concern (within reason!) and there are plenty of resources to help with understanding, from tutoring services to other students.
