Overview
Atlantic Cape Community College is a 2-year community college in southern New Jersey with campuses in Atlantic City, Mays Landing, and Cape May County. For high-achieving students, the Honors Program offers a number of specialized classes that challenge pupils to connect their subject matter with real world experience. With its proximity to Atlantic City, ACCC’s Casino Career Institute provides interested students the training needed to work in the gaming industry.

Read What Students Are SayingThere are a plethora of talented teachers at Atlantic Cape Community College, so do not let the negative connotation associated with a community college prevent you from attending. I am currently in my third semester and plan to graduate in the spring. During my three semesters so far, I have had quite a few professors that I would genuinely rate as excellent. There are some professors that are a lot easier than others and do not hold their students to as high of standards as they should; however, I have yet to have a professor who does this. If a student chooses to take challenging courses while at Atlantic Cape Community College, they will most certainly be prepared when they transfer to a four-year college.
