Anoka-Ramsey Community College is a public, 2-year institution with campuses established in both Cambridge and Coon Rapids, and is a member of the Minnesota State Colleges and Universities System. At the lowest tuition rate in the state, ARCC offers 20 certificate and diploma programs, 12 transfer pathways, and nearly 40 associate’s degree programs. Students also have the opportunity to enroll in a variety of bachelor’s and master’s degree programs through the Bachelor’s Degree Partnership Program, which brings programs from other colleges and universities to students attending ARCC’s campus locations.
