The Michigan Barber School

Located in the heart of downtown Detroit, the Michigan Barber School is a training salon dedicated to instructing students in the art of cutting and styling hair. Michigan Barber School offers several training curricula on different hairstyle techniques such as buzz cuts, hair coloring, and oil treatment. Throughout their school careers, students also learn about the business side of the profession including subjects such as business ethics and barber laws. To supplement classroom space, the school’s facilities include a computer lab and a student clinic open to the public.
