Overview
Established in 1966, Southwestern Community College is a public, 2-year institution located in Creston, Iowa, with satellite centers in Osceola and Red Oak. SWCC offers over 80 associate’s degree and college transfer programs, as well as diploma and certificate programs in more than 10 different fields of study. The college also offers over 400 fully-online courses available for enrollment each semester. SWCC maintains partnerships with Buena Vista University, Graceland University, Iowa State, Northwest Missouri State University, University of Iowa, and UNI.
