Overview
Established in 1994, Pennsylvania Highlands Community College is a public, 2-year institution located in Johnstown, with five satellite facilities throughout the state. Penn Highlands offers nearly 40 certificate, diploma, and associate’s degree programs, including seven programs with fully-online options. Penn Highland’s main campus features the Career Services Center, which provides personality and skill assessments, assistance in job searching and resume writing, and a variety of workshops. The college maintains transfer agreements with over 30 other colleges and universities throughout the region.
