Overview
Established in 1975, the National Conservatory of Dramatic Arts is a private, 4-year institution located in Washington, DC. As the only accredited training studio for actors in DC, the Conservatory offers both the Acting Program and the Advanced Acting Program, which span four semesters and two semesters respectively. The two programs are designed to help students develop their aesthetic and creative process as performers, with additional instruction in industry and networking. The Conservatory's black box theater frequently features free student performances.
