Overview
Affiliated with the United Methodist Church, Methodist Theological School in Ohio is a Christian graduate school in central Ohio. MTSO offers master’s degrees in Divinity, Practical Theology, Social Justice, Counseling Ministries, and Theological Studies as well as a doctorate in Ministry. With a student body made up of 20 different denominations, MTSO features weekly chapel patterned after multiple styles of worship. For students who wish to experience religious studies in a foreign land, MTSO faculty lead two Cross-Cultural Immersion trips per year to destinations including Israel/Palestine, Africa, and Asia.
