Overview

Galveston College is a public, 2-year institution located in the state of Texas. The college offers a number of Academic Transfer programs, Workforce Education programs, and Continuing Education programs for students with education interests beyond an associate’s degree. Students attending class on-campus have the opportunity to visit the David Glenn Hunt Memorial Library to utilize the school’s cybercafe as a one-stop source for coffee, computers, and books. Eligible students can enroll in Galveston’s special STEM Honors program, which provides the opportunity for additional scholarships, study abroad programs, and mentors to students in STEM fields.
