Overview

The Dallas Institute of Funeral Service is a mortuary science training academy in east Dallas. The Dallas Institute offers associate degree in Funeral Service and Funeral Director academic programs on campus as well as online. To supplement their academic offerings, the institute’s facilities include laboratories to practice embalming and restorative art. Beyond the classroom, the Dallas Institute features a number of funeral service social organizations such as Pi Sigma Eta and the Women in Black.
