Overview
With a campus along the shore of the majestic Bogue Sound, a short drive from the Atlantic Ocean, Carteret Community College is a 2-year institution in eastern North Carolina. Carteret is home to four academic departments and 38 degree and certificate-granting fields of study. Periodically throughout the school year, students in the Therapeutic Massage, Cosmetology, and Nail Technology programs provide a spa services day for their peers in one of the campus classrooms. To better serve students from diverse backgrounds, the CCC Minority Male Success Initiative sponsors activities to improve academic and social performance.
