UMES is a very good school. they have a beautiful campus. The student body and faculty are very helping and friendly, i love it there.

Upcoming students will love the campus and all the student body activities. Eastern shore creates maturity and gives individuals freedom to develop as a person.
Do you find there’s enough academic rigor at your school?
the class sizes aren't very big , so you have the opportunity to really connect with your teachers and peers.
Describe the dorm life at your college.
I love my dorm life because the experience i had my first semester was great. i had a room to myself and not only that but the RA's actually connect with you and help you out through rough times.
Describe the food and dining at your college.
I don't like the food. but the waffles are the best.
What’s there to do for fun at your college?
There is always something to do for fun. They have a game room and bowling alley with 6 lanes in the Rotunda. There is always on campus events hosted by the student body class, sga, umes or Greek life and athletics department.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
Our student ID is an necessity. It gets us into everything.

University police are always on call for any student stuck or in need of help. but they also just let us be college kids and have they not rude and party poppers like city cops.
