Established in 1952, Northwest Louisiana Technical College is a public, 2-year institution located in Minden, with satellite facilities in Shreveport and Mansfield. The college offers three associate’s degrees, 14 technical diplomas, 15 certificates of technical study, and 17 technical competency areas in a variety of career-oriented fields of study.
