What Students Are Saying
The food isn't too bad. They have plenty of desserts and a generally good selection of options. You can choose to go to Alex's Dining Hall or the Brigadoon. Alex's generally has a better selection, but the Brig is a nice place to go to hang out or do work. Every once in a while there is a specialty meal night. This could be steak, chicken, and shrimp, or culturally unique foods.
Allison from Romney, WV
When I attended an open house at Geneva, there were many delicious food items for us to choose from.
Lanie from Industry, PA
alex's is the traditional dining hall and it's not bad. it's really all in what you make of it - you can choose to eat healthy or not. if alex's closes while you're in class, you can go to the brig (the brigadoon) to eat - it's a relaxed, cafe-type environment. even if you're not there to eat, it's a good place to hang out or study (we also have 2 coffee shops within walking distance!).

This year Geneva College hired Pioneer Food Catering Company to take control of the food on campus. Although the food is good (except for weekends due to less staff) there isn't as much variety. Luckily students are able to use Flex Points to order food at Papa Johns, or eat at The brig which is another food place on campus. There is BFCAT which stands for Beaver Falls Coffee and Tea which has some of the best flavors I have ever tasted in my life. One of the best things about it is the fact that one of the most popular professors on campus runs it. Last but not least across the street is a PA and Ohio famous Pizza Joes who makes the best specialty pizza's for an amazing price...did I mention you get a discount there?
Simone from Pittsburgh, PA
The food at Alex's and the Brig is not the best, but Alex's is receiving a complete remodel over the Summer of 2014.
