Established in 1853, Garrett-Evangelical Theological Seminary is a Christ-centered, graduate education institution located in Evanston, Illinois. Garrett-Evangelical offers seven master’s degree programs, a Doctor of Ministry degree program with six tracks, a Doctor of Philosophy degree program with six concentrations, and several certificate programs. The college is also home to seven centers and institutes, including the Hispanic-Latinx Center and WomenIMAGES. Many of the college’s programs require Field Education, which provides service learning in a variety of settings, individual mentoring, and a $4000 stipend.
