Overview
With a campus surrounded by the Pacific Ocean, the College of the Marshall Islands is 2-year community college on the island of Majuro in the US territory of the Marshall Islands. To provide educational opportunities to the Marshallese people, CMI is home to eight academic departments granting degrees and certificates. The college’s Marshallese Studies Department offers courses in the language, history, and culture of Marshall Islands Natives. For a break from classes, CMI campus features a fitness center and TV lounge with a ping pong table.
