I found Auburn to be challeging but fun. You will not make it through school there without learning a lot. The quality of content and teaching is great. I was a transfer student from a community college to Auburn and found that the quantity and quality of material was way better at Auburn then where I had been previously. If you are taking sciences there make sure you are ready for some challenging labs!
Do you enjoy the experience at your school?
I find one of the key factors in enjoying college is making great friends. Auburn has so many different opportunities and organizations for you to get involved with it makes it really easy to find students with similar likes and dislikes. I really like the layout of the campus, it's not very complicated and the student center is in the middle of campus which makes it easy to meet people for a meal or to study. The nice thing about Auburn is whether you are a hard core partier or a book worm you will fit in and find friends. The weather is really nice (minus July and August) and the college is very pretty and clean. Over all I have had lots of fun at school.
Do you feel you’re getting value for the money you’re spending on college?
Auburn is by far the best bang for your buck! I was offered scholarships to a few other schools and Auburn was still cheaper. You get an amazing education for a small college price. Auburn has raised tuition since a started school but the university has also risen in the rankings both over all and individual programs.
Do you have any tips for prospective students?
Make sure you live on campus the first year. I found that is was really helpful to get to know people and to learn the campus layout. Talk to your proffessors! Most of them are REALLY nice and rather bored during their office hours and would love to talk to you. Talk to older students in your major, they can help you a lot. Make sure you have rain gear! It rain randomly in Auburn all the time but the sunsets are awesome.

Auburn is a very well rounded college but it is mostly noted for its engineering school, nursing school, business school, and fashion and merchandising (majors). I have found that there is a great abundance of campus ministries and for this reason it is a very Christian friendly campus.
