In which ways do you feel you are learning and growing?

I feel I am growing socially and academically. Being in a large place can be scary but it has allowed much growth with people and life long friends.

How are you enjoying your time at this college?

I am loving my time at Auburn, it has always been my dream school and I am very content with where I landed.

What tips can you share with prospective students?

Join Clubs, get involved and don’t be afraid to come out of your shell. You won’t regret it.

What qualities do you have that have best prepared you for success at this institution?

Being a Leader in high school and having responsibilities allowed me to develop time management skills which I have needed since being at Auburn.

In what ways do you feel this college challenges students academically?

Auburn challenges students academically by mostly leaving it up to the students whether or not you succeed. Because if you go to class and pay attention and put in the effort. You will succeed at Auburn. Every professor makes sure to give just enough in order for us to meet them the rest of the way to see who cares and who will succeed.

How would you describe the dorm life at this school?

I actually have not lived in a dorm I have lived off campus. But Auburn has an amazing system for students living off campus.

How would you describe the food and dining options?

Food and dining options are amazing. Dining plans are more than enough to get everything you need and even without a dining plan there are so many places to eat great food on campus.

In your experience, what is there to do for fun at this college?

Ride scooters with friends. Play recreational sports. The recreation center is one of the best in the country. Even just enjoying a beautiful day on Auburns Samford Lawn makes for a great time.

In what clubs or organiziations have you participated and how have they impacted your overall experience?

My main Club I have dove deep into is Auburns Pickleball Club. This has allowed me to make so many friends who enjoy the same hobby that I do. We have had the opportunity to compete against countless other schools both in our conference and even out of our conference at nationals.

Are there any quirky or unique traditions that make your college special?

Football Game days are unique at Auburn. With an amazing Pregame performance we also see one of our 2 trained balled eagles circle the stadium as the crowd screams WAR EAGLE. War Eagle is a tradition that unites all of the Auburn family and it is used for anything and everything from a friendly greeting to someone all the way to competition yelling in any college sport.

How does this institution support campus safety or mental health and wellness programs?

We have many different clinics and stations all over campus for mental health care and also have 2 great campus safety programs that work together to ensure safety.

How has your college supported your career development and future goals?

My first semester I was not forced to pick a major as I did not know what I wanted to do. But after my first semester I declared a major based off of a class that they offered me where I actually learned about all 160+ majors that are offered at Auburn and from that I chose the field that fits me best.
