Yoder Brothers Memorial Scholarships

Lake/Geauga Educational Assistance Foundation (LEAF)

These scholarships are for graduating seniors at Cardinal High School in Middlefield, Newbury High School in Newbury, and Berkshire High School in Burton, Ohio. To qualify for these scholarships, applicants must have participated in at least one sport during their senior year. Applicants will be evaluated on academic performance, athletic participation and leadership skills, community service, financial need, letters of recommendation, and an essay. Currently, the distribution of scholarships among the three schools is: two $2,000 scholarships for Berkshire High School; two $2,000 scholarships for Newbury High School; one $1,500, one $2,000, and one $4,000 college scholarship, and one $4,000 trade or technical scholarship for Cardinal High School.
