This scholarship is for a graduating senior or continuing college student whose family has resided in a town on the Lower/Outer Cape for the past three years (preference for students from Orleans), who require financial assistance, and who plan to pursue/are pursuing an undergraduate degree in either environmental sciences or international relationsat an accredited 4-year college or university.
