Women's Education Coalition Grant
Kalamazoo Community Foundation
This grant is for adult women who are currently underemployed and in need of education to become financially self-sufficient. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must reside in one of the following counties in Michigan: Kalamazoo, Barry, Calhoun, Allegan, St. Joseph, or Van Buren. Applicants must be US citizens or permanent resident aliens. Applicants must have had a significant break in their formal education and demonstrate how post-high school education will help them reach their goals of increased financial independence. Applicants may enroll full- or part-time in any educational curriculum, program, or professional development opportunity that will lead to employment or improved employment.
