Winnebago Home Builders Association Scholarship
Oshkosh Area Community Foundation
This scholarship is for students with a connection to the Winnebago Home Builders Association (Winnebago County, Wisconsin). To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must meet one of the following criteria: live in Winnebago County; attend a school that is a member of the Winnebago Home Builders Association (WHBA); or be sponsored by a WHBA member. Applicants must also have a minimum "C" GPA. Financial need is considered in awarding this scholarship.
