This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who are residents of Alleghany County, North Carolina. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a cumulative 3.0 GPA; demonstrate community involvement and/or employment; demonstrate financial need (but not restricted to lower incomes); and show evidence of a desire to impact the world in a positive manner.
