Phelps County Community Foundation
This scholarship is for graduating seniors of Holdrege High School in Holdrege, Nebraska. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be ranked in the top 35% of their class academically and plan to enroll full-time in a four-year course of study. Financial need is the prime requisite, with character and non-academic activities also a consideration.
