William A. Humbert Memorial Scholarship

The William A. Humbert Memorial Scholarship is offered to a graduate of a Harford County high school who is currently a college junior or college senior majoring in music or music education, or is in a graduate program. The scholarship is named in memory of William “Bill” Humbert, a charter member of the Bel Air Community Band and a founder of the Bel Air Summer Concert Series. The scholarship is a tuition only award, which will be paid directly to the college or university of the recipient.
