Warren and Betty Burnside Foundation

This scholarship is for residents of Harrison County, West Virginia. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have graduated from and attended a Harrison County high school for four years prior to entering a university, college, or technical institution. Students attending a foreign college or university are ineligible. Applicants must have demonstrated high scholastic achievement, shown leadership and initiative, and be of good character. Applicants must be US citizens.
