Polk County Community Foundation

This scholarship is awarded to a Polk County resident on the basis of academic achievement (top 50% of the class or comparable for students who do not attend Polk County High School), financial need, and a commitment of service to others (demonstrated by volunteering at school or in the community or caring for family members in need of assistance).
