Bridge Builders Community Foundations
This scholarship is for graduating seniors at Franklin Area High School in Franklin and Titusville Area High School in Titusville, Pennsylvania. Applicants must have been students at any of these schools for at least three years. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be planning to prepare for a career in law enforcement or criminal justice. Selection will be based on financial need, academic achievement, required essay, and recommendation letter.
