TFC Edward A. Plank, Jr. Memorial Scholarship
Community Foundation of the Eastern Shore
This scholarship is for graduating seniors from the public school systems in Somerset County, Maryland. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must have a 3.0 GPA and be accepted for full-time enrollment at an accredited two- or four-year college. To apply, applicants must submit an essay of approximately 500 words on how crime and/or drug abuse has affected today's society.
