South Carolina State Council of the International Reading Association (SCIRA)
This scholarship is for graduating high school seniors who SCIRA members or children of current members of SCIRA. To qualify for this scholarship, applicants must be residents of South Carolina and plan to pursue a degree in education from a college or university within the state.
