This scholarship opportunity is for a seniors from Steamboat Springs High School, the Yampa Valley School, Steamboat Mountain School, South Routt High School, or Hayden High School. Two $1000 scholarships will be awarded annually to outstanding athletes who demonstrate excellence in leadership, academics and sportsmanship. The applicant must also demonstrate a strong dedication to their goals. These qualities reflect Steve's life as a runner, along with his admirable intelligence.
