This scholarship is for graduates from Reading High School, Reading, Pennsylvania, no earlier than two years before the date of their initial application. Applicants must reside within the tax boundaries of the Reading School District and be planning to major or be majoring and pursuing a career in Elementary Education, Graphic Arts, Metallurgy, or Engineering.
