Watertown Area Community Foundation

Applicants must have been in Foster Care at some time during their K-12 grad years and Watertown High School graduation senior with at least a 2.5 on a 4.0 grade point average. Scholarship applications are available at the Watertown Area Community Foundation, Watertown High School, Watertown Area Chamber of Commerce, Watertown Police Department and WIN-E-MAC school.
